Abstract. A local-first, owner-held knowledge multi-graph for private AI memory that treats persistence as an "un-brain": a structure that keeps the cognitive virtues of human memory while refusing silent decay and silent contradiction resolution. Defines the adjudication contract, node-set indelibility (Theorem 1), order-independent merge (Theorem 2), and hub-independent retrieval (Theorem 3).
