Borrowable Skills as Lean Un-Ganglia Subgraphs

Abstract. A trained Skill — an SOP with eight goal categories and a numbered step body — compiled into a typed-edge subgraph in the same owner-held, indelible graph that holds declarative memory. Measures intra-cortex skill borrowability, per-step model routing savings, and lazy-dispatch token reduction over a self-built 76/108-skill corpus.
